Well, a lot of IT work is the exact same as what I've done for 5 years...
Solving other folk's problems, doing a lot of work to fix things that ultimately will probably need fixing again XD
Requires a lot of patience! And sometimes it gets super aggravating... So I think it takes good people to do things like IT work and not go crazy haha
